Price - prices listed include all the hotel, meals, entrance fees, and activities as listed in the itinerary except for gratuities for your tour director and driver (they work for your tips) and airfare. The prices are valid until the end of the current year, if you are reserving for next year, please contact directly. Prices are confirmed once the reservation is guaranteed, otherwise prices may change without notice as our suppliers may change their prices.

Cancellation Policy - Cancellations received 60 days or more prior to departure will be subject to a $100 per person cancellation fee; 59-45 days, will be subject to 30% of the program price; 44-30 days will be 50% of the program price and 30 days or less will be subject to 100% of the program price. All cancellations must be received in writing by fax or e-mail.
We strongly recommend that you purchase the travel insurance.

Should the minimum number of passengers not be met, we will offer one of the following options: modify the services of the original program to accommodate a smaller group or offer an alternative program. Should no alternative be suitable, we will offer a full refund of all monies received. In such case, we will not be responsible for additional expenses such as nonrefundable airline tickets. Due to weather, or other conditions deemed to be unfavorable traveling conditions by Absolute Alaska Tours, trip itineraries are subject to change without notice. If any of the activities, trips, hotels, meals or other arrangements are not used, no refund will be given for any reason whatsoever, our prices are based on a package.
